Dr. Kapil Dev Thakkar is a well-experienced critical care medicine specialist with over ten years of experience in handling critical patients. As an eminent ECMO physician, he has been handling critically ill patients who need advanced life support through ECMO technique with utmost efficiency.

Academic Qualifications

Dr. Thakkar has received M.D. in General Medicine from Tver State Medical Academy, Russian Federation. Further, he has completed the Fellowship of the College of Critical Care Medicine (FCCCM) and has specialized in ECMO by doing his fellowship with ECMO Society of India (ESOI). His professional experience encompasses working with Sterling Hospital, Zydus Hospitals and Riddhi Vinayak Multispeciality Hospital wherein he gained considerable experience in critical care medicine and advanced extracorporeal life support. Dr. Thakkar is a life member of ECMO Society of India and at present, he holds the position of secretary of Communication Committee of ESOI.
