- Dr. Sandeep Agarwala’s area of expertise lies in bypass surgery, valvular heart surgery, aortic, heart failure surgery and heart transplant. His journey began with his education in medicine which started at Grant Medical College & Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals in Mumbai and continued across continents in the United Kingdom where he got certified by ‘Specialty Boards UK’ that made him one of the few surgeons in Western India to achieve it. Over the span of his educational years, he attained all these degrees and became a name to reckon with. Upon completion of training abroad, he moved back to India to offer services to his own country. In India, he took up important roles at various institutions in Mumbai & Ahmedabad over the years. He also leads the Mechanical Circulatory Support/ECMO/VAD and Cardiac Transplantation program at Zydus. With 30 years of experience and after treating endless patients with heart issues, he has become a prestigious name in the fraternity.
